The Crispi Pro Grill AS104 adds a Grill function and a dedicated plate. Its box also differs from the Pro AS101: it contains 5.7 L and 3.8 L containers instead of the 5.7 L and 2.3 L pair.

What this means for your recipes

Grill is the AS104’s distinctive mode. For now, we do not give a Grill settings chart: the temperature range is not documented in the sources we have gathered. Recipes for the Pro AS101 should not be transferred on the assumption that every mode has exactly the same limits.

Containers and accessories

The German product page lists the 5.7 L and 3.8 L containers, a modular base, two crisper plates, a grill plate and two lids. The 2.3 L size is not part of this pack. Its resemblance to the Pro AS101 does not guarantee that all containers and accessories are interchangeable.

Stated capacity of the grill plate: 4 burgers, 3 chicken breasts, 3 steaks or 4 vegetable skewers. No cooking chart has been published for this model yet.

Does the Pro Grill replace the Pro AS101?

It offers a different combination: Grill is included, Dehydrate is missing and the second container supplied is a 3.8 L. So it is not simply an AS101 with an extra accessory.

Do the Pro AS101’s temperatures apply here?

We cannot confirm this from the available product page. The AS104 instruction manual is needed for the exact ranges per mode.

Is the 2.3 L container included?

Not in the pack described by SharkNinja Germany: it contains 5.7 L and 3.8 L containers.

Can you dehydrate with the Pro Grill?

Dehydrate is not among its seven listed functions. In the range covered here, this mode is available on the Pro AS101 and the DualZone DD102.
