Welcome to Crispi Recipes. Here I test recipes for the Ninja Crispi and tell you, for each one, which mode to choose, which container to use and what changes from one model to another.

How I work
- Test before writing. I note the actual cooking time, the container used, the result and what I had to adjust. When a recipe does not work well in the Crispi, I tell you, rather than let you lose a meal.
- Start from the manual. Modes, temperatures and reference times come from the instruction manuals and cooking charts Ninja publishes for Europe. I never give a temperature for the standard Crispi: it has no temperature setting, only a mode and a time.
- State compatibility. Every recipe gives the mode used, the compatible models and, when a model lacks that mode, the alternative to choose.
- Correct openly. If a setting changes after a new test, a new manual or a note from a reader, I update the page.
Independence and transparency
Crispi Recipes is an independent website: it is not published, approved or sponsored by Ninja or SharkNinja. It is free and funded by advertising and affiliate links; some links, including those to Amazon, may earn the site a commission at no extra cost to you. This changes nothing in the settings I give or the limits I point out. Images created with artificial intelligence are disclosed in the legal notice, and the privacy policy explains how cookies are used.
Where to start
If you are new to the appliance, start with the guide which Ninja Crispi mode to choose for each food. Then browse the recipes by section from the home page, or write to me from the contact page if a setting leaves you with a question.
